We know it's important to you to plan the perfect trip for your clients. Below are some frequently asked questions about Walt Disney World Resort and the Disney Resorts Collection. If you have anything more to ask, please feel free to contact your account manager.

Do my clients need tickets to enter the Theme Parks?
Yes, all guests will need to book Theme Park tickets. They are not included in the hotel booking with WebBeds.

Can guests store luggage if they arrive before check in time or if they are departing later than checkout time?
Bell Services: Bell Services Cast Members are available to help make the check-in and check-out experiences easier by assisting with luggage. Please note, gratuities are not included.
How It Works 
Checking In: Arriving early? If guests arrive before their room is ready, they may check their bags with Bell Services so they can begin their vacation right away. Bags can be delivered to the room for their convenience later in the day.
Checking Out: After the check out, guests are welcome to store their luggage with Bell Services so they can enjoy Walt Disney World Resort for the rest of the day.

When is check-in/check-out?

• The check-in time is 3:00 PM for Disney Resort hotels and 4:00 PM for Disney Deluxe Villas. The check-out time is 11:00 AM.
• Direct-to-Room service: If guests are using the Direct-to-Room service, they can use their MagicBand or the Unlock Door feature on the My Disney Experience app to begin enjoying the Disney Resort hotel in certain areas—such as the pool—on the day of their scheduled arrival, even before their room is ready. They can also continue to use the Resort hotel facilities for the rest of the day after they check out.
• Mobile Resort Checkout: It’s easy to check out of the room, with no need to stop by the Front Desk! If they have a credit card on file—or have a zero-dollar balance—then they can enjoy these streamlined check-out options.  
The check-out time is 11:00 AM for Guests staying at Disney Resort hotels. When they're ready, there are 2 easy ways to check out:
• Option 1 (Recommended): Check Out Via the My Disney Experience App**
         • We highly recommend that they use the My Disney Experience app, where they can check out via My Reservations or their Hotel Account.
• Option 2: Check Out Automatically
         • Forgot to check out via the app? Guests will be automatically checked out at 11:00 AM.
We'll send an email with their itemized hotel account, or they can view charges on the app.

**Important Details About the My Disney Experience App
Available for iPhone®, iPad® and smartphones for Android™. Message, data and roaming rates may apply. Availability subject to handset limitations and features may vary by handset or service provider. Coverage and app stores not available everywhere. If you’re under 18, get your parents’ permission first. iPhone, and iPad are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Android is a trademark of Google Inc.
Products and services are fulfilled in the My Disney Experience app. App should be downloaded upon arrival in the US and all features are intended for or available for use in the US only. Currently, the app is only available in English.
 

Can guests access hotel facilities if they arrive early or are departing after checkout time?

Is parking available, and does it need to be booked ahead of time?
Guests staying at a Disney Resort hotel receive complimentary standard parking at Disney theme parks for the length of the Resort hotel stay. They must present valid Disney Resort hotel identification to enter the parking lots.

Can we book transfers to and from the airport?
Yes, Mears Destination Services (MDS) is the Aviation Authority’s Ground Transportation Concessionaire. It provides ground transportation to many destinations within Orlando and beyond, including Walt Disney World® Resort, via bus, sedans, limousine and shuttle van. (Additional fees apply.)

Is there transportation to and from the theme parks?
It’s fun and easy to get around Walt Disney World Resort! The complimentary network of buses, boats and monorails can transport guests between Disney Resort hotels, theme parks, water parks and shopping venues.

What are VIP Tours?
Disney Private VIP Tours will plan the most efficient enjoyable way for groups up to 10 Guests to see and do things on their lists. It is a customizable experience filled with attractive benefits like: pre-arrival planning, flexible start time, ability to enjoy some of Guests’ favourite attractions efficiently during their visit. *All VIP Tours require valid theme park admission, which is not included in the price of the tour. (Additional fees apply.)

What should clients know about ongoing hotel enhancements?

Selected Disney Resort hotels are undergoing phased refurbishments and maintenance works through 2026–2027, which may include room updates, exterior works, or temporary facility closures; click here for more information.
